MEET THE COACH

I am originally from Cusco, Peru but have traveled and lived in many different countries because travel is so important to me. I found my passion for fitness when I was a teenager and have made daily exercise a lifestyle ever since. I have learned so much through my own fitness journey and experiences with trial and error; I continue to challenge myself to grow personally and professionally.

I lived in Sydney, Australia for 4 years where I decided I wanted to become a personal trainer and was able to capitalize on that aspiration when I moved to the USA. Helping others find motivation and inspiration inside themselves is what I strive to do. I love showing my clients what they are capable of with a healthy lifestyle and by challenging them just enough to prove it.

I have a Personal Trainer Certification specialize in Corrective Exercise which has helped myself and other athletes perform better in the gym, at work, even with the chores at home. We can even arrange for you to have your Personal Trainer at Home. You will move faster, get stronger and feel pain free to really propel your fit transformations.  We focus on the little things that people don’t pay much attention to, like stretching and having a proper warm up. We will guide you with tips and habits to apply before and after your workout that will change your life and teach you how to properly exercise. We always practice what we preach. We are more than just another Springfield Gym.
